Two-bottle carrier generator

The opposite of a stacked, bolted build. It has one stadium-shaped tub with round pockets carved into it, and one handle that grows out of it: a stem tapering up from a flared foot into a rounded-triangle loop. The handle prints flat for strength along its length and drops into a hidden mortise, held by one M4 screw from underneath, so no hardware shows. The checks confirm the bottles lift and tip out past the loop, a full hand fits the grip, and the stem carries two full bottles swinging at 2 g against the material's allowable stress.

How to make it

  1. Measure your bottles' diameter and height and set their full weight.
  2. Print the tub upright and the handle flat on its back.
  3. Set an M4 heat-set insert in the tenon and screw the handle in from underneath.

Print tips

  • PETG for a carrier that lives near a fridge or outdoors.
  • The handle's strength runs along its layers, so keep it flat on the bed.

FAQ

How much can it carry?

The stem check uses your bottle weight at a 2 g swing and the selected material's allowable stress. That is a design estimate, so load-test your print before trusting it with glass.
