1Up rack wall hitch receiver

Gives a 1Up rack somewhere to hang out in the garage instead of leaning on a wall. A square tube sticks out from a flat plate, and two lag screws hold the plate to the wall. Change the inside opening to match your rack's stem and the tube length to set how far it sits out.
