Xbox Cooler Koozie with Lid
Keeps a drink can cold and gives your hand something better to hold than bare metal. The lid has a swing-up handle, so you can carry it by the loop, and a wide green grip band sits around the middle. Change the can size and the lid straw hole to match your drink.

How to print it
Parts
- koozie-body · PLA (black, AMS slot 1) · Upright, open end up, flat bottom on the bed
Prints as one multi-colour object with the green grip-band and white base-stripe. Each colour covers full layers, so the AMS only swaps a few times.
- grip-band · PLA (green, AMS slot 2)
Printed inside koozie-body. This is the ribbed band and the rolled top rim, not a separate part.
- base-stripe · PLA (white, AMS slot 3)
Printed inside koozie-body.
- logo-inlay · PLA (white, AMS slot 3) · Flat, X side facing up
A 30 mm Xbox badge. The green logo-x prints in the top layers.
- logo-x · PLA (green, AMS slot 2)
Printed inside logo-inlay.
- handle · PLA (green, AMS slot 2) · Lying flat on the bed
Snaps onto the side pegs. No screws needed.

- Notes
- AMS: slot 1 black (body), slot 2 green (band, rim, handle, X), slot 3 white (stripe and badge). Keep the prime tower on. You can put all three objects on one plate or print them separately. Don't leave it in a hot car, because PLA softens at about 55 °C.
Assembly
- Press the Xbox badge into the round pocket on the front. It's a snug friction fit; add a dab of superglue if it feels loose.
- Gently spread the handle's ends and snap the round ends over the two side pegs.
- Swing the handle to the back, drop in a can, and wish him a happy 40th!
Good to know
- I haven't printed the badge or the handle clip yet. If the badge is too tight or too loose, change the "Badge press gap" slider. Spread the handle slowly the first time you fit it, because PLA can snap if it's bent too hard.
- Some brands make cans a little wider or taller. If a can feels tight, raise the "Gap around can" slider a bit.
