Lowrance HDS / Elite port caps
Stops spray, dust and fishing-trip grime getting into the empty sockets on the back of your Lowrance unit. You get four caps, each with its label on top (PWR, N2K, ETH, XDCR) and a ribbed plug that grips. Change the socket sizes to match your own unit.

Print settings
- Layer height
- 0.16 mm (crisper labels)
- Walls
- 3
- Infill
- 15%
- Supports
- None
- Notes
- The inside ceiling is a cone, so no supports are needed. PETG or TPU 95A also work if you want caps that survive the sun better or grip more softly.
Assembly
- Push each cap straight onto its matching port until it bottoms out.
- To take it off, pull it straight back using the ribbed grip.
Good to know
- Port sizes are estimates. Measure each socket across the outside and set it on the Adjust tab before printing, or the caps may be loose or not fit.
- If a cap is too loose or too tight, change the Rib grip slider by about 0.1 mm and reprint. PLA doesn't stretch, so start gentle.
- These are dust and spray covers, not waterproof seals, and PLA can soften in a hot boat, so pick PETG or ASA for the dash.
