Mini-ITX mounting bracket

Gives a bare Mini-ITX motherboard something solid to sit on, so a small PC build doesn't have to live inside a full case. A flat frame holds the board up on short standoffs at the corners and along the edges. Change the standoff height to give the underside more room.
