Fan filter box with cage, USB-C bay and 18650 holder

Turns a box fan into a small air cleaner you can run off a battery. A slotted cage holds a square filter in front of the fan, and a bay beside it takes an 18650 cell and a USB-C charging board. Change the filter width and height to match your filter.
