Spring loaded telescopic pole with an attachment at the end

A little net on a long reach, for scooping things out of water or fishing something back from a spot your arm won't go. The pole slides out in sections and the hoop stays level however you tilt the handle. Change the hoop opening and the section length to suit what you're catching.
