ES300 rear door 4" speaker pod housing
Gives a 4" speaker a proper home in the rear door of an ES300. The cover has a starburst of slots for the sound to come through, and small ears on the edge for screws. Change the door cutout and the speaker frame width to match your own door and speaker.

How to print it
Parts
- speaker-pod ×2 · PLA · Grille roof face down, open pocket facing up, no supports
Two needed, one per rear door. PLA softens near 55 °C. PETG or ASA is safer if the car sits in the sun.

- Notes
- Print grille-side down. PETG or ASA is better for a hot car.
Hardware
- 4 × Short self-tapping screws for the speaker, about 3 mm diameter and 8 mm long · Pilots are 2.8 mm and 4.5 mm deep. The roof is 7 mm thick.
- 3 × Door screws, about 4.5 mm diameter, 16-20 mm long, with washers · Match these to your factory holes or clips.
Assembly
- Put the speaker into the pocket from the door side, frame face against the grille roof.
- Screw the speaker up into the four roof pilots with short self-tapping screws.
- Hold the pod on the outside of the door, with the speaker's basket and magnet going through the door hole.
- Fasten it with three screws through the ears.
Good to know
- I didn't have measurements for the Lexus door or your speaker. The door hole circle (140 mm), hole angle, cutout (93 mm) and speaker frame (104 mm) are all estimates, so check them with the sliders. Print one first and test it on the door.
- To take the speaker out later, you have to unscrew the whole holder from the door, because the speaker screws only reach from the door side.
- A real door panel is curved and may have ribs. This holder has a flat back, so it may need a shim or a curved-back version.
