Your hood with a bigger symbol on top

Puts your own mark on the top of an air intake hood. The big X is pressed into the curved surface, and the hood sweeps up from a round flange to an open mouth at the end. Change the symbol's width and depth to make it bolder or quieter.

Good to know

  • The separate-bodies warning is intended: your uploaded hood is a mesh with about 21 small pieces already (clips, side lettering), and I kept them where they are. The larger engraving may leave one more tiny fragment, so check the slicer preview.
  • You didn't say how much bigger, so 65 mm is my guess. Use the Symbol width slider if you want a different size.
  • The overhang, thin-ledge and small bed-contact warnings come from your mesh too. Print it the way you printed the original.
  • The engraved edges look a little patchy in the render because the hood is a mesh.
