Small-block Chevy crankshaft with oil passages
A little crankshaft for the shelf, the desk or an engine build you're putting together. Counterweights run along the shaft, a bolt flange sits at one end, and the oil passages are modelled in. Change the overall length or the oil passage width to suit your project.

Good to know
- The analyzer still flags about 10 thin ledges (0.7 mm) along the drilled passages and the seam. They are visible slicing marks, not weak spots. Lower the Oil passage diameter slider if they bother you.
- The 1.2 mm oil holes may need a drill or pin to clear after printing. They are drilled at an angle, so the printer bridges them as it goes. Check one passage by pushing a thin wire through.
- I haven't printed this, so the pin fit is untested.
