一体打印防脱旋转解压玩具
一个在安静紧凑框架里转动的轮子。短短的竖向导向带以 0.2 mm 的紧配合给它定心，所以它转得很正而不会哐哐响；对向的斜面用更宽松的运行间隙在两个轴向上把它扣住。六个开口和凸起的握持面让结构一目了然。框架和轮子分别做动画（点击“使用”让轮子转起来），但仍然作为一个整体导出，间隙保持不变。几何校验会测试分离、限位和完整一圈转动；松开的手感仍然需要实际打印来确认。
一体打印，所以预览中轮子是静止的。从打印板上取下来，转一转吧。

制作方法
- 选 PLA 或 PETG，从默认值开始：导向配合 0.2 mm，运行间隙 0.35 mm。卡住就把导向放大 0.05 mm；晃动就收小。
- 检查限位面，两个部件保持原位一起打印。
- 轻轻松开；改尺寸之前，先用同种材料打一个小测试件调好间隙。
打印建议
- 平放打印，无内部支撑；检查前几层有没有象脚。
- 两个部件保持原位放在一个对象里：导出时会自动处理。
常见问题
预览能证明它会顺畅转动吗？
不能。它会在轮子转一整圈的过程中检查刚体几何，但真实摩擦、第一次松开、磨损和打印机间隙都需要实物测试。
