iPod 5G rugged shell – back half

Gives an old iPod 5G a tougher back to live in. The tray wraps the edge of the player, and a screw ear sits at each corner so the front half can bolt on. Set the iPod thickness for the 30GB or the 60/80GB, and the wall to taste.
