Jack-o'-lantern spinner

Something to fidget with when your hands need a job. Three little pumpkin faces sit around a centre cap you hold between finger and thumb, and the cut-out grins let light through as it spins. Tweak the pumpkin size, or the clearance around the bearing pocket, to get the fit you like.
