Arduino Uno case, filament hinge, no screws

A little home for your Arduino Uno, so the board stops living loose on the desk. The lid swings open on a hinge held by a bit of filament, so there are no screws to lose, and slots along the top let air in. Raise the headroom if you stack a shield on it.
