ESP32 2.8" display enclosure with battery bay

A tidy home for an ESP32 with a 2.8" display, so the board stops living loose on your desk. The screen shows through an opening in the lid, and there's a bay for a flat LiPo cell, with a notch in the side for USB. Change the battery length, width and thickness to match your pack.
