Round vent cover 90 mm

Caps off a round duct opening so you get a neat grille instead of a bare hole in the wall. The collar pushes into the duct and little ribs around it hold it snug, while the wide rim sits flat against the surface. Change the duct size to match yours.

Assembly

  1. Push the collar straight into the duct until the faceplate sits flat against the wall.
  2. To take it off, pull it straight out by the rim.

Good to know

  • The small overlap you'll see between the ribs and the duct preview is on purpose. The ribs press about 0.3 mm into the duct wall, and that's what holds the cover in place.
  • I guessed the duct opening is 75 mm across. Measure the inside of yours and set the 'Duct inside diameter' slider on Adjust before printing.
  • If the fit is too loose or too tight, change the 'Rib grip' slider. Turn it up for a tighter hold, or down if it's hard to push in.
  • PLA softens at about 55 °C, so for a hot exhaust such as a dryer vent, print it in PETG or ASA instead.
