FTDX10 VFO dial extender

Gives the main tuning dial on your FTDX10 a bigger, easier-to-spin face. The edge is fluted so your fingers catch it, and there's a small round knob near the rim for spinning it fast. Change the stock knob size and how snugly it grips.
